Order Cancellations

We can only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

After this time, we begin the colour process and/or preparation promptly, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom Colour Blends

For personalised blends, we recommend purchasing a colour ring or requesting a free colour match through Instagram, Facebook, or email at info@hairenvycouture.com.

Once you confirm and agree to a colour match, refunds are not available unless the error is due to our fault and the colour received does not match our official colour ring. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds – Unopened & Unused Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or find it not as described, you may return your unopened and unused item within 14 days of delivery at your own expense.

•Email info@hairenvycouture.comwith your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

•The product must be in new condition with all ties intact and undamaged.

•Removal or tampering with the ties will void eligibility for a refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty Goods

•Any quality issues must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery to info@hairenvycouture.com, including your order number, a detailed explanation, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

•Claims made after 30 days of delivery will not qualify for a refund and will only be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

•All faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of our request for inspection.

•Returned items will be assessed. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement in the same length, weight, and shade. Refunds are only issued where a replacement is not possible.

Important: We do not accept returns for items damaged by incorrect aftercare, heat damage, colour alteration, or environmental factors. For hygiene reasons, any product that has been worn or fitted is not eligible for a refund unless found faulty after inspection.

Customer Return Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the safe return of items, including all postage costs, using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Policy

Mainland UK

•All European hair products are custom coloured by hand and made to order. Production time: 14–25 days.

•All Virgin Russian hair products are made to order. Production time: 7–14 days.

•Once completed, orders are shipped via Next Day Delivery.

•Please allow up to 4 weeks total from order date to delivery. We cannot compensate for courier delays.

International Deliveries

•European hair orders: 16–25 days production.

•Virgin Russian hair orders: 10–16 days production.

•Please allow up to 5 weeks total for delivery.
